"I wouldn’t have insurance with this company is free. Their customer service is terrible. Horrible. They raised my rates. Fine whatever, they all do that. When I called to speak a little if there was anything they could do they said no and I said that’s fine, I’d have to cancel because I can’t afford what they were trying to raise it to, so I cancelled two weeks early. I asked about a refund and whoever the lady in this office was how much I’d get back and she said she didn’t know, she didn’t have access to that information. So I called the call centre and waited 15 minutes to get through to someone. Which definitely isn’t the longest I’ve waited. But when someone did answer, I asked him the same question and he told me the only one who knew that was the could answer that was my agent. I tried to tell the guy that she told me she didn’t have it but he kept raising his voice, cutting me off, telling me what he wanted to say. I asked why he was being so hostile and cutting me off and in a really calm voice he said “ma’am I’m not” and I said well now you’re not but you were. Please can I speak to a supervisor and he said sure you can and hung up on me."

"Unwilling to assist after being in accident. Wont even ask if your alright or if there's anything they can do to make the claims proess easier and less stressful. Won't even follow up with customer. Staff is does not help or answer questions. Horrible experience. Go with someone else. Marella and her staff are the total opposite of like a good neighboor state farm agent. 0 stars if i could give it."
